Hashed and timestamped on arrival, then dated, deduplicated and threaded. Every screenshot and video gets a plain written description, and speech in a video is transcribed. Ask for a summary of any thread and every line links to the message it came from; export the chronology to Excel when you need it. Then it is written back to the matter as a document in your case management system.

What it costs to cover the whole firm — sixty matters a year
Bars are drawn to the top of each published range; CaseFleet is genuinely cheaper and does a different job. Sticker prices are not comparable here, so we do not quote them — a $79 or $149 tier is priced per case or per upload, ours is priced per firm. At sixty matters a year Verin Legal works out to $199 a matter, or $119 at the founding rate, and covers every matter you open rather than the ones you decide are worth paying extra for.

Especially when a court ordered one. They cover what happens inside the app from the day it was installed. Verin Legal takes everything before that, and everything sent by regular text and email.
Forensic examiners
When a case turns on a device, deleted data, or whether a file was altered, that's their work. It's maybe one matter in ten. Verin Legal runs on the rest.

Unreadable items are flagged for a person rather than interpreted. Assembled conversations cite the images they came from.
